Each individual may hold only one (1) proton88 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, proton88 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void associated bonuses, and in cases of fraud, confiscate any balance.
Members must provide accurate and current personal information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. proton88 will not be liable for any consequences arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account details.
The proton88 Platform is primarily targeted at Malaysian residents. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. proton88 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular territory outside Malaysia.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your proton88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify proton88 support immediately via live chat or the contact email provided on the Platform. proton88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
proton88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Members are also advised to select strong, unique passwords and to avoid using shared or public devices when accessing the Platform.
proton88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX online banking. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). proton88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; any fees imposed are those of the Member's chosen payment provider.
The minimum deposit is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. proton88 may vary these thresholds from time to time and will publish any changes on the Platform prior to implementation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Once verified, e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. proton88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks which may extend processing times.
Members must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. proton88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on the proton88 Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, and eligible games. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
proton88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, bonus stacking in breach of stated rules, or exploiting technical errors — may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
Bonuses credited to a Member's account may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in the promotion terms.
All wagers placed on the proton88 Platform — whether on the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or esports betting markets — are subject to the product-specific rules published on the Platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules prior to placing any wager.
proton88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, to cancel markets where there are grounds to believe that the integrity of a market has been compromised, and to withhold payment pending investigation of any wager that proton88 reasonably suspects has been placed in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at proton88's discretion, including in response to real-world events affecting a market's integrity. Bets already accepted prior to suspension will stand unless otherwise specified.
Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on the proton88 Platform:
proton88 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and report relevant conduct to the applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All content on the proton88 Platform — including but not limited to the proton88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of proton88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of proton88.
proton88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

proton88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. proton88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and accepts no liability for any losses arising from technical failures, telecommunications outages, or circumstances beyond proton88's reasonable control.
proton88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, proton88 will notify registered Members by email or via a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Continued use of the proton88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any balance prior to the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under proton88's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between a Member and proton88 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt resolution through proton88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority. Members retain any rights they may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
